OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.
